The Personal Data Administrator is ROBYG Marketing i Sprzedaż Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at al. Rzeczypospolitej 1, 02-972 Warsaw (hereinafter the “Company”). The personal data will be processed in order to: transfer commercial information by the Company concerning offers of ROBYG Group companies in an electronic form or via phone (as selected) or in order to share personal data that includes: forename and surname, telephone number and e-mail address to Open Finance S. A. with its registered office at ul. Przyokopowa 33, 01-208 Warsaw, in order to prepare mortgage loan offers to be obtained with the assistance of Open Finance S.A, on the basis of a consent referred to in Section 6.1(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter the "GDPR"). The personal data may be disclosed to employees and cooperating parties of the Company as well as to entities assisting the Company on the basis of services ordered or pursuant to personal data processing agreements. Each person has the right to access the content of their data and to correct it, remove it, limit its processing, the right to transfer or object to the processing of the data and the right to withdraw the consent at any time with no impact on the compliance with the data processing law, as well as the right to file a complaint with Chairman of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if they decide that the processing of his/her personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR. The disclosure of personal data is voluntary. The personal data will be processed until the consent for a particular reason for processing is withdrawn.
